Location is amazing! Right beside The Strong which is why we traveled to Rochester. Parking is free at The Strong (validated by the hotel). Breakfast spread is really good compared to other hotels we've been in. Super comfy beds and room, it was sparkling clean when we got there. Provided a playpen when I requested at the counter, and it even had a new sanitized playpen cover. Amazing value, service, and amenities.

Beautiful new property. Very clean, wonderful staff, modern and clean rooms and breakfast is decent. Positive bonus our room had a balcony ! Was nice outside sitting area with fireplace and nice restaurant/bar on site

Clean & modern &welcoming , lobby, elevator, hallway, pool area & breakfast room our bedroom had a few things that were not as clean( previous guest half eaten pastry was in coffee tray) Breakfast was excellent, good choices & clean; breakfast staff was friendly & kind Great parking & we appreciated the Electric charging station

The location of the hotel in relation to the museum of Play was excellent. It was such a short walk, you could run back and forth to the hotel lobby to use their facilities. It also saves paying for parking. Hot breakfast was good.

I loved the cleanliness of the space and building, I felt safe. The staff was amazing. And the room was so spacious. Not to mention the competitive pricing for the room (especially on the weekend).

Everything was brand new. We had a queen bed room, beds were so comfortable, we loved the bathroom. Pool was small but the pool area was nice. We were there for the jazz festival and it was walking distance to the center.

Location was right next to The Strong. The breakfast was great. The rooms were clean. I was really glad they offered decaf coffee.
