The hotel is lovely and in a good location. The restaurant is exceptional. The breakfast was quite good, with a nice variety of choices. The room was spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping left the room immaculate. The best part of the stay was the friendly and accommodating Front Desk staff, who helped me in a variety of ways, including providing a shuttle ride to the train and to my downtown work location. Above and beyond; I was overwhelmed. Thank you. Next time I have business in Rochester, I will be staying with you.

went to spend a day at the The Strong Museum. Could not have been easier. Staff was very professional and accommodating. The kids LOVED having the pool and the restaurant across the street with tableside Mario Cart was a BIG hit. The rooms were clean and fit the bill. Breakfast was a plus, with waffles!! Loved the museum.. would definitely stay here if (when) we go back.

I am planning to return i am so impressed with this hotel is so clean even the air feels fresh the security for accessing the rooms you must have the key in order to use the elevator to get to your room. The room was so clean , loved the bathroom and the sliding door with a mirror plus the amenities, the breakfast was delicious! I really loved the hotel!

The location was absolutely perfect, and our kids were able to use the pool in the morning and in the evening, which was big enough to support many families. The breakfast was above average and the checkout and in was very smooth with very, accommodating workers. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
